This application provides support for Field Technicians.
By scanning Serial Number is possible to obtain useful information:
· Product Part Number
· Wiring diagrams and other documentation
· Spare part Product Numbers if needed for reworking operations
In case of operations performed on units, the application will record information of Customer Name and Location and send info back to Carrier Service.
It is reserved to technicians working on missions assigned by Carrier Service.
